So it's been two month since I started excercising regularly.And yes(!) I can finally say that.
I go to the gym 4/5 times a week and I am so proud of my self.
As for weight loss,no significant changes there so I'm trying to change my diet these days,nothing crazy just cutting my meal portions and eliminating sugar and sweet drinks. And I am a sucker for a Coke or Red Bull.
Got some new gym gear,but as winter came in I cannot find a way to take a good picture.
And,gym is better than meditation for me,and that is something.
