So, it's been a month since I've joined the gym. And it was far better than expected. But exercise is difficult and when you do it by yourself it's also boring. So I've got a personal trainer and a new membership for next six months.
I believe that a PT will help me a lot,not just exercise wise but generally, as gym tends to get boring for one *me* after some time.
I will see how it will go with the PT and then decide if I should join some classes as well, something fun like Zumba or maybe yoga.
One thing that I've noticed is that my diet changed for the better this year, and I eat much healthy that I used to.My cooking skills also improved.
