Like I said in my first post about the upcoming (and now already here) fall I was planning to start going to a gym. And it happened. (!!!)
Sometimes during September I got a membership to a local gym and a determination to go there at least 3/4 times a week.
I've decided not to spend money on new sport's gear mostly because I really want to see if I am going consistently. And after a month or so I would definitely go on a shopping spree for some new sport's clothes.
For now, I can say that my body needs to remember how to be active again. And I will do my best to keep track and will update in a month about my progress.
