Reading books

Hello again
My reading habits are changing from actual books to reading on the phone or laptop to audio version.

Starting this January I've started to listen to audiobooks in english during my study time at home, and it doesn't bother me a gets me out the focus, but when I get to an important part in the book I have to stop everything and just listen.
One con about audiobooks, you can't change the speed, like when you read a book and you are towards the end or you have a very very intresting part in it, you will read it faster to reach the end, when listening you can not do it. Or when the pard you've just read is to crazy, you re-read it, here you listen to it and listen to it and listen to it (those last ten minutes of 'Red Queen' by Victoria Aveyard, had to listen about five times just to be sure that I've heard right).
Now I'm listening to 'When Breath Becomes Air' by Paul Kalanithi and its so sad that I want to cry all the time, and also How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie which is good if you're very unsocial and have trouble meeting new people. And I suspect I got a short version of this book if so its sad, cause I'll probably won't search now for a full version.
